| VERY IMPORTANT: Once the seal has been broken on the CD package we cannot accept returns. If the CD is physically defective we will replace it only if you return the item to us. If the item arrives broken, you must report it to us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us so that we can advise Royal Mail - they want to see the damaged package. This is subject to the return of the original CD. If you are unsure if the items will run on your PC, please try one of our free downloads before ordering. Note.
