What to do if your goods do not arrive?

We hand over items in good faith to our delivery agents for speedy delivery and there usually are no problems. If you have chosen the standard delivery option, this will be sent by First Class mail (unless you have requested guaranteed Next Day Delivery) and this normally takes 1-5 WORKING days, however it can take up to 7 WORKING days for delivery in some areas in busy times. If your goods have not arrived after the 7th WORKING day please complete a claim form - read more below.

If you are located in an office or on a campus, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your institution/company and someone else may have taken delivery of it.

Your item has the full postal address including the postcode as per your registered Paypal address or the address you gave us. The envelope is clearly legible and typewritten. The item is a standard size - no smaller than a postcard and no larger than A4 size. It will fit through a post box.
