After installation you suddenly experience problems and cannot open the program, your anti-virus software may have deleted the start file. This is an annoying problem currently being experienced by users of Norton 360 (or any other anti-virus program eg. Kaspersky). If this happens you may have to re-install the program. Norton say this is a known problem and they are working on it.

If you experience any sound problems after you have installed the software - you may need to disable your antivirus software so that the CD can install the program files properly and then restart your PC and your antivirus software. If your anti-virus program blocks or otherwise interferes with a program installation you may end up with a failed install. Or worse, something that looks like a "successful" install that doesn't really work. Hence almost all software installation programs now recommend that you turn off your anti-virus scanners before the install to avoid any of these "false positives" that might cause a problem with the installation. Just remember to turn it back on again afterwards.

If the disc does not automatically open / install, please do the following:

1. Go to My Computer.
2. Click on your CD drive.
3. Right click and select Explore. Open the file called Setup.
4. Please be patient and wait a few minutes as the audio files are large and need time to unpack.

It may seem like there is nothing happening, but wait the next window will appear.
Follow the instructions on the screen.

You may get security messages (see above). This is normal Windows XP / Vista behavior and is a standard security precaution. Just click run to continue.
